How many hours should I book?
As a guide: a studio or one-bedroom takes two to three hours, a two-bedroom three to four, and three bedrooms or more five and up. Add an hour if the home has not been cleaned for a while, or if you want ironing and cupboards done in the same visit.
Do the cleaners bring cleaning materials?
That is your choice, and it is the second question the booking screen asks. Either the cleaner uses the materials you already have at home, or you add ours and she brings everything with her. The card tells you exactly what adding our materials costs before you pick it.
Can more than one cleaner come?
Yes. The hours you booked are shared between them, so two cleaners finish a four-hour job in about two hours. Booking more than one also earns a discount, and the card shows the percentage before you confirm.
What does a visit cover?
Tidying and putting things away, the kitchen and the dishes, the bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping the floors, the bedrooms, and the balcony. Not part of a visit: moving heavy furniture, cleaning windows from the outside, and anything that needs a ladder we have not been told about in advance.
Is VAT included in the price I see?
Yes. Every price on the booking screen already includes VAT β the amount you agree to is the amount you pay. A booking fee is added once per booking, and the summary shows it on its own line before payment, together with the VAT the total contains.
How is this different from a normal cleaning visit?
A normal visit is priced by the hour and keeps a home that is already clean in order. A deep clean is priced by the size of the home and reaches what a routine visit does not: inside the cupboards, behind and under the appliances, the skirting, the doors and the tile grout. It comes with a larger team and the equipment that work needs.
Are the materials included?
Always. The price is fixed by the size of the home and the team arrives with everything it needs β there is no materials question to answer in this section.
How long will it take?
Each home size has its own expected duration, and the card shows it when you pick your home type, so you know before you book how much of the day it takes.
